Each user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. By completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or updates that may be made from time to time, and agrees to all rights and obligations arising from them. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the user declares that all personal information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

Purchase Terms
These Purchase Terms define the procedure for purchasing and paying for accommodation services offered on www.hotelnomad.ba.
The Website may be used free of charge for personal purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The seller is Birotim d.o.o., while the buyer is any visitor to the Website who completes an electronic booking form, submits it to the seller, and pays using a valid credit card.
ORDERING
The Customer purchases accommodation services by completing the online booking form.
A Customer is any person who electronically orders at least one service, provides the required information, and submits the booking request.
All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks (BAM). Accommodation services are purchased electronically by selecting a room and adding it to the booking cart. A reservation is considered completed once the Customer has successfully made the payment and received confirmation from the Hotel that the reservation has been confirmed.
PRICES
The prices valid at the time the booking is submitted shall apply to each individual purchase. Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the exact appearance or characteristics of the accommodation. All standard and online prices are subject to change without prior notice.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes applied in the booking cart cannot be combined with discounts that have already reached the maximum permitted discount.
PAYMENT
Ordered accommodation services must be paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.
SERVICE DELIVERY
Upon arrival at the Hotel, the Customer is required to verify that all agreed booking conditions have been met. In the event of any discrepancy, the Customer should immediately report it to the Hotel.
If the Customer does not receive confirmation of the booking request, they have the right to notify the Seller so that appropriate action can be taken.
If the Customer is unable to use the paid accommodation service and notifies the Hotel at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the Seller will offer an alternative booking date, subject to availability. If alternative dates are unavailable or the cancellation is made less than two weeks before arrival, the Seller is not obliged to refund the amount paid.
The Seller undertakes to send a booking confirmation within 48 hours of the approved online transaction. Upon receipt of the confirmation, the Customer may proceed with travel arrangements.
COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEE
The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with the accommodation that corresponds to the description presented during the booking process and published on www.hotelnomad.ba.
Photographs illustrating available rooms are intended for informational purposes only and may not fully correspond to the actual appearance of every room. Differences in appearance shall not constitute grounds for a complaint.
The Hotel is committed to making every reasonable effort to provide the Customer with the best possible value for money.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Birotim d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes shall apply to the use of the www.hotelnomad.ba website.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during the booking process.
The services offered through www.hotelnomad.ba do not include any costs incurred by the Customer for computer equipment, Internet access, or telecommunications services. Birotim d.o.o. shall not be responsible for telephone charges, Internet traffic costs, or any other expenses arising from the use of the Website.
Although Birotim d.o.o. strives to provide the highest quality service, it cannot guarantee that the services available on www.hotelnomad.ba will meet every individual requirement. Furthermore, the Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website. If you encounter any errors, please report them to info@hotelnomad.ba, and we will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments are processed in Convertible Marks (BAM). The amount charged to your credit card will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the date the transaction is processed.
